Gigs Gigs Gigs!

Hello everyone! I would like to kick start my Monday morning by blogging about my weekends worth of gigs!

Friday 13th of January – I performed at The Lobster Smack on Canvey Island www.thelobstersmackcanveyisland.co.uk – and most importantly I would like to say a BIG thank you to Annette and Jeff, who watched me perform and then booked me to perform for their 30th wedding anniversary in March. Public gigs allow me the opportunity to perform to new people who haven’t heard me before and they are also great for bringing family members along with me to watch. My mum definitely enjoyed clapping away to my songs but thankfully so did everybody else as well, so a big thank you if any of you are reading this!

Saturday 14th of January – I performed at Marcos Wine Bar in Rayleigh, Essex www.marcosbar.co.uk – I have to say……this crowd completely ripped up the dance floor to my songs! It was absolutely heaving, air guitars were rife and I could not see a single body standing still. At one point I actually see some guys dancing on top of their friends shoulders and I was slightly worried about the owners ceiling at one point! But you guys completely rocked it and I loved every minute of the gig. I am back to perform at Marcos Wine Bar several times this year, my next gig there is on April 13th so I hope to see you all back there for some more silly antics!!
